Cheska Villa — Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 NN. Caleb, Liam, and Raffa Villas — Check-in 1:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in, late check-out, and extensions are subject to approval at ₱500 – ₱1,000 per hour.

₱5,000 reservation deposit to secure your date. 50% of the balance is due 5 days before your stay. Full payment is settled upon arrival. A ₱3,000 refundable security deposit also applies.

Cheska Villa and Caleb Villa have private pools. Cheska Villa also has a kiddie pool (main pool 4ft–5ft). Liam and Raffa villas have access to a shared swimming pool.

Yes, pets are welcome. Pets must be clean, wear pet diapers, and be supervised by their owners. Owners must clean up after their pets.

11:00 PM onwards. Indoor karaoke is allowed at low volume after quiet hours. Outdoor noise should be minimized.

Yes. Events requiring sound systems, lighting, DJs, bands, or external production equipment have an additional fee of ₱5,000 – ₱10,000 to cover electricity and setup area. Clients must provide their own equipment and technicians.

Extra guests beyond villa capacity are ₱200 per person. Overcleaning fee is ₱1,000. Smoking violations and any damage or loss of items result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. No diving, no running near the pool, and no glass containers in the pool area.
